Brief introduction

The measuring method of external liquid level meter is different from the other liquid-level meter(If install other liquid-level meters, it must drill a hole on the container and measure the liquid-level in the container.). The feature is no need to drill on the container. It is continuously detecting the accurate height of liquid-level from the outside of container’s wall, featuring to use the principle of vibration analysis which isn’t harmful to human-body. Due to it doesn’t collide with the existing liquid in the container, The external liquid level meters are extremely safe and reliable, especially convenient to installation and maintenance, being green environmental protection meters. They are vastly usable for continuously and accurately measuring the height of liquid-level and interface in various containers.

Basic working principle

The external liquid level meters are different from those traditionally used at home and abroad. The principles of the said traditional liquid-level meters are detecting liquid-level in the container or in its connecting vessel. But the newly developed liquid-level meters are continuously detecting the accurate height of liquid-level from the outside of container’s wall and underneath the said liquid-level, featuring to use the principle of vibration analysis which isn’t harmful to human-body, and doesn’t collide with the existing liquid or gas in the container. They are vastly usable for continuously and accurately measuring the height of liquid-level and interface in various containers. This technique established the mathematic relationship between the height of liquid-level and the vibration characteristic of the liquid and of the container, that originate with our company in the world.

In accordance with this principle, the micro sized vibration of container’s wall detected by the measuring probe of external liquid level meter. The height of liquid-level can be calculated by using the special algorithm，after processing the said waveform, distinguish and eliminate the false waveform that without the liquid-level , and distill the liquid eigenvalue.

2.     Safety: As the measuring probe and the meter work out of the container, and there’s no way to touch anything in the container when perform those tasks like installation and maintenance, so it’s very safe to measure liquid even it’s poisonous, corrosive, tindery & explosive, volatilizable, leaking or under pressure. And it’s impossible to bring any leakage even when the meter is spoilt or maintained.
